Maple and Walnut Hemp Heart Porridge

It is often cooked or served with added flavorings such as sugar, honey, (dried) fruit or syrup to make a sweet cereal, or it can be mixed with spices, meat or vegetables to make a savoury dish. It is usually served hot in a bowl, depending on its consistency. Oat porridge, or oatmeal, is one of the most common types of porridge. Gruel is a thinner version of porridge.Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp Flax seeds
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 Tbsp chopped Walnuts
1 Tbsp sugar-free Maple Syrup
Procedure:
1) Stir together hemp hearts, coconut flour, flax seeds, and almond milk in a heat-proof bowl. Set in the microwave for 60-90 seconds.
2) Top with sugar-free maple syrup and chopped walnuts.
