Delicious blueberry and chia pudding that will give life to your morning meal



Ingredients: ¼ cup Blueberries(fresh or frozen) 3 tbsp Chia Seeds ½ cup Almond Milk ½ tsp Powdered Stevia 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes



Stevia a composite herb native to South America (Genus Stevia, especially S. rebaudiana, native to Paraguay) whose leaves are the source of a noncaloric sweetener.

Procedure: 1. Combine blueberries, chia seeds, stevia, and almond milk in a bowl. Stir and chill for at least 10 minutes. 2. Top with coconut flakes to serve.
